Delete your JollyCare account

You can delete your JollyCare account at any time.

If you can sign in

Open JollyCare — on the web or in the iPhone or Android app — and go to My account → Delete my account. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't sign in

Send us this form. We'll confirm who you are, delete your account within 30 days, and let you know by email. You can also email admin@jollycare.com.au or phone +61 97853876.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your login, password, two-step verification, notification tokens and your login contact details.
• Kept: records the law requires us to keep — such as care notes, incident reports, shift attendance and timesheets — for at least 7 years, then securely destroyed. See our privacy policy.
